Conditions
Buyers must register online and enter into a Buyer Representation Agreement with Future Homes & Real Estate Ltd.; purchase a home offering a minimum of 2% C/B; any less and the rebate will not be applicable.
Signing a Buyer Agency Agreement
As a registered Real Estate Brokerage, our office must adhere to the Trust in Real Estate Services Act, 2002. This new act mandates us to have a signed Buyer Representation Agreement in place before we physically go out and show you properties. If you do not sign a Buyer Representation Agreement, we will not be able to provide you with the customer service of showing you properties. We urge you read the RECO Information Guide which is intended to assist buyers to make informed decisions. Should you have any questions regarding Buyer Representation (Agency), please reach out to our office and we will be happy to explain the Buyers Representation agreement. It is really no different than when you list your property for sale, no REALTOR® will ever assist you in selling your property without having a Listing Agreement (Seller Representation Agreement) signed and in place.
